Catch Hospitality Group (CHG) was co-founded by Eugene Remm in 2011 with the opening of Catch NYC in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. What began as a single seafood restaurant quickly became one of New York City's most sought-after dining destinations and laid the foundation for a hospitality company built around a simple philosophy: great food, great service, and great vibe.
Today, CHG is a bi-coastal, multi-market restaurant group employing more than 1,000 people across New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, Dallas, and Scottsdale. In 2017, the company partnered with Tilman Fertitta's privately owned Landry's, Inc., providing the capital and infrastructure to support its next phase of growth while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit that made Catch a success.

The flagship location opened in 2011 in New York City's Meatpacking District, where the seafood-driven concept quickly became one of the city's most in-demand dining destinations.
